Over the years, the company has developed over a thousand sets of molds and has collaborated with numerous domestic and international companies and institutions. The company possesses strong technical expertise and is equipped with advanced processing and comprehensive inspection equipment. Its facilities include advanced machining centers, 5-axis and 3-axis CNC machines from Roders, 5-axis Mazak machining centers, 5-axis turn-mill complexes, high-speed Mikron machines, Makino CNCs, CNC lathes, milling machines, grinding machines, wire-cut EDM, and spark erosion machines. Through years of development, Formex has built an excellent team and established a reliable quality supply chain. The company has obtained ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certification, IATF 16949 (replacing the previous ISO/TS 16949) certification, and ISO 13485 Medical Device Quality Management System certification, earning recognition from a wide range of customers.
