Hardened Tool Steel

 

Die cast tooling uses hardened steel for withstand high temperatures and pressure. For die castings, non-ferrous metals are  preferred for their fluidity and low melting points.Ferrous metals are used in some cases but less commonly. As Cast

 

Provides a basic, functional finish for die casting products with relatively smooth surfaces and minor tool marks, suitable for non-cosmetic applications.

Surface treatment

electroplating white chromium The product focuses on appearance display, electroplated with white chromium, has a bright surface, and is scratch resistant.

Anodizing

 

Improves corrosion and wear resistance of aluminum cast parts, while allowing for color options that enhance both durability and appearance.

Chromate Passivation

 

Commonly used for aluminum and zinc die casted parts, chromate passivation improves corrosion resistance and prepares the surface for painting or other coatings.

Painting

 

Adds color and improves appearance while offering additional protection against corrosion and wear. Often used for branding or to meet specific design requirements.

Zinc Alloy Product Exhibition

Zinc alloy is a metal alloy primarily composed of zinc with the addition of other elements such as aluminum, copper, magnesium, cadmium, lead, and titanium. It features a low melting point, excellent fluidity, ease of fusion welding, brazing, and plastic processing, along with corrosion resistance in the atmosphere. Its scrap material is easily recyclable and remeltable, but it has low creep strength and is prone to dimensional changes due to natural aging. The alloy is typically produced through melting and then formed into materials via die casting or pressure processing.
Zinc alloys can be classified into cast zinc alloys and wrought zinc alloys based on manufacturing processes. Cast zinc alloys exhibit good fluidity and corrosion resistance, making them suitable for applications such as die-cast instruments and automotive parts housings.
